Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
Both our facilities for transfers are Meet & Greet. Instead, at the arrivals, the driver will wait for you with a sign showing your name. If you are having trouble finding the driver, you can always contact our customer support, which will immediately arrange the meeting.
Will I be dropped off at my accomodation?
Indeed, it's all our door-to-door services. The driver will take you directly to the reservation address you gave us.
What if my flight is delayed?
All flights are checked for delays to ensure that when you arrive, your driver will wait for you.
Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
Indeed, indeed booking fees are available and all of our rates are all-inclusive (including VAT).
Will anyone else be travelling in the vehicle I book?
No, the price you pay holds the car solely for you, we only offer private transfer services.
